Kedem is a Kosher winery located in Marlboro, New York in the Hudson Valley. The winery found its success producing sacramental wines from local Concord grapes. More recently, they have expanded to include wines made from vinifera grapes such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, as well as other labruscas such as Chambourcin, Vidal and Traminette.
