Kaesler is a privately owned wine company that produces estate grown wines from vineyards as old as 1893. The Kaesler family were pioneers who settled in the Barossa Valley in the 1840’s. In 1891 they bought a parcel of land and in 1893 planted their first vines. Today Kaesler wines are made from these ancient, dry grown vineyards, by the third owners of this magnificent property. – Description from dvoristanac

  • Kaesler Red Rhone Blend Barossa Valley Avignon 2005

    Snoothrank:

Deep nose is marked by a dried fruit character and moist earth/forest floor tones and a buttery overlay. Smells a little mineral water like with a bit of alcoholic burn. There is a pleasant yet mysterious sweetness to the nose like a box of candied fruit. A bit chunky and chewy in the mouth with real presence, lots of polished tannins, well int... Read More
