Jam Jar on Snooth

  • Jam Jar Sweet Shiraz 2015

One thing the label got right for certain is 'sweet'. A bit dry, oaken finish, it's a transitioning medley of these three in this order. Although not my thing, After one glass, the oak takes over for me and is no longer of interest. All depends on the character a person looks for in a wine I suppose. Read More

I perused Snooth and stopped on a particular zin from Bogle vineyards. Gregory Dal Piaz gave it a nice rating and being a member of Snoot... Read More

  • I loved this wine! Not as "lightly sweet" as some may suggest - it's definitely sweet, but not overpowering. It's a great compromise for myself and my boyfriend, as I love wines on the drier side, while he would drink syrup if he could. Great for warm weather, adorable bottle.

  • Jam Jar is like having a delicious mouthful of very ripe blackberries bursting in your mouth with a wine finish. Very tasty, a perfect wine for a picnic!
