Jacuzzi Family Vineyards’ life as a company began in 1907, when Valeriano and Francesco Jacuzzi immigrated to the United States. After first working in the aviation industry, Valeriano first obtained his license to sell wine for home consuption in 1936, after purchasing their 161 acre farm in the 1920s. Today, the vineyard has 190 acres in the Carneros region of Sonoma, as well as vineyards in the Sonoma Coast appellation. Charlie Tsegeletos is their Director of Winemaking, as well as their winemaker.

  • Jacuzzi Family Vineyard Arneis Paicines 2009

    Snoothrank:

Quite herbal on the nose, with notes of sage and nettle over small white fruits all topped with noticeable alcohol. There are a lot of pollen aromas in the mouth here, and this does show some lovely dusty mineral notes and a nice core of lightly creamy citrus fruit,s but the alcohol intrudes on the finish. Not a big wine, but this does show some... Read More

  • Jacuzzi Family Vineyards Carneros Estate Merlot 2008

    Snoothrank:

This is fairly complex on the nose with lovely carob, chocolate, pencil lead and wood spice aromas all nicely setting off the black cherry fruit. Full and rich in the mouth, this shows some pretty sophisticated flavors of black fruit, plum skin and a touch of earth, all supported by nicely integrated toasty and vanilla wood flavors. Theres a tou... Read More

  • Was at an upscale italian restaurant in Ft Collins, CO and asked the bartender for a taste of his favorite red. He poured the 06 merlot and I got a bottle for dinner. Excellent. It drank like a cab with some age on it. Hard to find in Colorado but found it at Applejacks in Denver for a little over $10.00. Yum!
