We found this lightly sweet with well balanced acidity. Great for use with desserts. Great floral notes on the nose with peach, lime and mineral flavors.
Very light fruity young Pinot. Nothing like its brethren from the West Coast, but absolutely PERFECT as a pairing a fish meal. The acid is quite prominent especially as it lingers in the mouth. Would buy for another fish...
Clean, crisp riesling with a long, fantastic finish. .07% RS but the fruit concentration would lead to believe that it's higher.
