Herding Cats Winery
South Africa http://underdogwinemerchants.com/
Herding Cats is a wine produced in South Africa by winemakers Pieter Carstens and Adam Richardson. The idea behind the brand is that they “herd together” varietals sourced from all over the country and create blends showcasing pairs of varietals. There is a Chenin Blanc/Chardonnay for whites and a Merlot/Pinotage for reds. The wine is a brand offshoot of Underdog Wine and Spirits.

Okay I don't know why people are rating this wine so low when it has very good tannins and nose. Every sip is a wonderful mouth of fruit, spice and complexity. If you don't like this wine question your taste buds...

For the price, this is a very good wine. Usually sold out at our local stores because it is purchased by consumers BY THE CASE. Goes well with all types of foods.
