Lively, vibrant mousse. Nose of green apples, mineral, and biscuit. Dry but not overly so with a nice acidic edge. Prominent flavors of tart green apples. Crisp and refreshing. 3.5+ out of 5.

If you're planning on stopping by the tasting room in Sonoma, I would recommend skipping it all together. They do not offer flight tastings, instead the woman behind the counter said they operate more like a wine bar, only offering bottles for sale or full glasses of sparkling wine.
