Pop and poured another bottle at 60 deg F. Wow ... after 30 mins this bottle was smooth and rich and complex enough without being overpowering, has aromas and tastes much like a smoky bordeaux plus some extra fruit and heat, in pretty good balance. Can't buy Glen Carlou 2007 Chardonnay...totally bummed. All merchants seem unable to find a case for me. I loved and enjoyed it in Geneva last summer and brought one back to California. It had been in my cellar and my parents opened it and almost drank a whole bottle! So sad to know that is the end of that!I will now try the 2008. Read More
