  • Greetings Shugga1, I'm green as grass on wines but have already found some ... saying this from others, but Franzia which is a very popular box wine, and inexpensive. So far I have tried the Franzia Sangria  which has a delicate bouquet and has a decent flavor. These folks have been making wine for over 100 yrs. I guess experience does count, ... Read More

hm. not bad for franzia i suppose. So far Ive had the white zin , and chablis, both ofwhich i thought were terrible as they tasted like vinegar. THis on the other hand does taste like wine, a bit acidic on the finish, but other than that, not a bad red wine. simple, but far from offensive. i might buy this again, if it keeps well over the next f... not impressd by this. very acidic, almost treading into franzia swill territory. any sort of citrus/ floral qualities are completely overpowered by the acidic bite, leaves an aftertaste reminiscent of vinegar or artificially flavored lime beverages. would not recommend. if you want a cheap white wine, get a bottom shelf california wine, even ga... • Franzia needs to go back to the original spigot on their box wines. The new one without a spigot is too hard to control the flow, and is too close to the box to get the glass under it well. We purchase a couple of cases a month. I might swich to another box wine.

  • Do you produce almond champaigne or could you refer another brand closest to what you used to produce?
