Fortant de France is a negociant house owned by the Skalli family in the South West (Sud Ouest) of France. Taking a cue from the success of the California wine industry in the 1980s, they made the then renegade decision to focus on production of single varietal wines. They explored new terrior and cultivation methods to create wines that are the best reflection of their respective growing areas in an affordable format. They work closely with growers and producers throughout the South West to create what have become a range of popular single varietal wines in dry white, red and rosé styles in bottle and box formats as well as Kosher releases.Laurent Sauvage is their cheif winemaker
