This is a poorly made wine. Over extracted and harsh, with searing levels of alcohol, enough acidity to induce a 5 rolaids binge and very little fruit. Burnt rubber, scorched cherry and alcohol dominate the wine. Just nasty. Read More

This wine was slightly hot at first. However once the initial alcohol blew off a very pleasing dusty red cherry and spice came rushing through on the palate. The finish was of medium length. We paired it with grilled Coho salmon. A perfect match! Read More

Citrus and tart dark fruit, plus pipe tobacco on the nose. Palate opens with grapefruit, mocha and dark fruit. At one hour, strong curry notes pop up in nose and palate. This wine keeps evolving. After an hour, the grapefruit morphs into celery, and vanilla appears for the first time, occuring in both nose and palate simultaneously. At 1 ½ ho... Read More

Offering up a nicely spiced nose redolent of watermelon touched with herbs. this is fruity but also fairly complex for rose. Huge acids on entry are followed by lush red raspberry fruit that has just a touch of tannin offering up some mouth grab and cleansing the finish. This is quite fruity but not in too obvious a way with a nice vein of spicy... Read More

The candied, cola nose was very apparent immediately, with wild flower notes on the back end. Acidity and fruit in very good balance. This is not a wine for those looking for a light bodied wine. This is a big pinot for big pinot lovers. Fruit is full and upfront, jammy on the finish. Ripe cherries and rasberries, and a hint of herb. Yummy... Read More

This is a terrific New World Wine. A bold and expressive California Pinot. Cherry and cola notes with a subtle peppery note to the finish I am surprised this Wine house is overlooked so often. I always have a few bottles on hand and anyone I have given a bottle to asks for more! Read More
