At 30 minutes, the nose is rich with sweet cherry and whiffs of spring florals. Had it in a 3L so it drank pretty well. What stood out to me was the acidity and minerality. It really drank with some grip. Blueberry flavors everywhere and came to what I refer to as that Darioush finish. We finished the bottle so I guess thats saying something!
