Had at The Stained Glass Evanston; paired with Filet Mignon potato galette, shortrib “pot-au-feu” and shallot Cabernet butter. Excellent! Part of Sampler #11, Regional Italian Reds.

I didn't take any specific tasting notes, but this drank really well and I do plan on picking it up again if I see it. A full-bodied red with tannins that are not too overpowering.
