    I think that Elena Walch is one of the best white wine producers in Italy. They arew in the northern part of Alto Adige and their single vineyard wines (Kastelaz and Castel Ringberg) are special. Their Beyond The Clouds is a wonderful wine with a complex nose and palate. It is made from 5 wines and your immediately feel the Gewurtz, Pinot Bianco...
