  • My wife and I LOVE the 05 Cab, and really enjoy it best with spicey foods like indian dishes. I just can't find it anywhere around us. We were to impressed with the 04 Pinot Noir.

  • El Toqui Cabernet Sauvignon Colchagua Valley Prestige 2003

    Snoothrank:

You can see some browning at the rim, hardly surprising given its price (cheap) and age. Earthy nose, with some licorice and chocolate. Still some fruit in the nose as well. For a chilean wine its very earthy and lower fruit than I'd like. lots of anise and licorice flavors. Some tannins, overall its good for the price, but I'd have preferred a ... Read More

  • El Toqui Cabernet Sauvignon Cachapoal Valley Reserva 2004

    Snoothrank:

This was an accidental find at a holiday dinner last week. I don't know all the proper terminology but it was a good wine. Little bit of sweetness, yet oaky. I discovered Snooth while trying to find out where I could buy this wine on-line. Read More
