  Champagne Drappier Brut Nature Andre & Michel Pinot Noir

  crisp and just a tad salty. it is like drinking a glass of golden fragrant ocean air that carries the aroma of pears and figs from an orchard lovingly tended.

  For me it'll be a small Champagne house (NM) Drappier- Blanc de Blancs NV and an Australian Sparkling wine from Tasmanian Producer Clover Hill- again Blanc de Blancs, although vintage 2001. So how about you?

  Drappier Champagne NV

  I found this much better than the Veuve Cliquot NV. More elegant, better balanced acidity, more complex on the nose with pastry, yeast and citrus notes. Nice finish. [90]

  Drappier Champagne Blanc de Blancs "Signature NV

  Opened to toast for Thanksgiving Dinner. Nose was pineapple rind, orange peel and raw sweet roll dough. Flavor was lovely with lemon, pineapple and marzipan. Not sweet, and not overly dry. Terrific mouth feel. Will be purchasing more of this for sure! [90]
