Domaine William Fèvre on Snooth


Chardonnay is probably my least favorite grape unless the wine has bubbles. But I found the Chablis to be rather good with a nice tart citrus bite.

My group found this wine buttery on the palate, cut with a fresh, lemony end. It's a good summer white- refreshing, with a slight linger on the palate.

Anyone who thinks they don't like chardonnay should give this a shot-- lots of mineral, crisp fruit flavors, nice white burgundy.
