We will stay 4 nights in Saumure and 2 nights in Sancerre. Anybody has ideas of which winemakers to visit?     Curious nose of quince and yellow apple with an odd petroleum note. Very bright minerality. Lots of fresh florals on the palate. Like drinking iced chrysanthemum tea.
