This is super vegetal/green/earthy all sorts of funk when first opened but after breathing is a divine spicy and complex wine. Pepper, slight earth, and a mysterious savoriness that I had a hard time place but enjoyed the process of trying to figure it out. Is there a bit of chocolate on the finish? Let me go check.
