Thirty-five kilometres away from Geneva, the Domaine de Vy Granges can be found in the quaint village of Mont-sur-Rolle. As many as ten generations of winegrowers have rooted themselves in a fertile land covered with layers of alluvions from the Rhone glacier. This land has enriched our wines with a hearty, refined and full flavour.
The Domaine de Vy Granges encompasses 4 hectares planted with the leading vine of the vaudoise coastline region, consisting of 75% of Chasselas, 15% of Pinot Noir, Gamaret, Garanoir and Gamay and 10% of special varieties of Gewürztraminer and Chardonnay.
Run by environmentally conscious vintners, the entire domain is cultivated according to the “Production Integree” (P.I.) norms
We endeavour to complement classical winemaking traditions with the latest oenological techniques and seek to preserve the quality and authenticity of each vine. Each type of wine is treated and aged with the objective to bring about and highlight its unique qualities and authenticity.
