Very bright and dry on the first sip. Nose is lemon and grapefruit. Flavor really arrived after being open for about an hour. Then green apples and crab apple flavors emerged. Very smooth, well balanced, sharp acid. Great for french soft cheese, shellfish, creamy or buttery seafood dishes. Tremendous value, drinks like a more expensive wine. Read More
