The domaine was originally planted in the 17th century by the Abbot of Breton acting on instructions fron Cardial Richelieu.The 17 hectare domaine has been in the hands of the Mary family for three generations and is now run by brothers Jean-Luc and Jean Albert.They make a selection of red,white,rose and sparkling wines spread over several Loire appellations.They are also a partner in 3Dwines [ www.3dwinesexperience.com ] an organisation where customers get to rent a row of vines in exchange for a case of wine each year.
