(raisining of the berries). When nature is on our side, we are able to let her run her course until the winter is upon Read more »

I bought two bottles of this wine from the website ... inherited the 42 hectare Domaine Cauhape and he has been one of the pioneers of the dry style Jurancon. My bottles are 100% petit manseng and were aged in oak barrels for 12 months. Very nice, golden yellow in colour. Fine aromas of jammy bright, yellow fruits and barrel wood. A whole world of delicious fruits on the palate, perfectly balanced off with nice fresh acidity. The long finish is increasingly driven by citrus and apricot. This is an absolutely lovely dessert wine which will evolve gracefully for at least 10-15 ye... Read More
