Fine grained earth and oak notes on the nose with soft cherry fruit and a bit of savory spice. This shows quite floral in the mouth, expressing itself through bright acidity and mellow earth, then settling in to blue fruit notes and a cherry finish that's a touch medicinal. That, of course, made this tasting all the more pleasant of a surprise. This is a medium bodied pinot made for easy drinking and/or simple food preparations. The acidity is remarkably lively, giving it a b... Read More
