Sparkling wines have been produced under the Conde de Caralt label at the estate since the 1960s, when the former Cavas Carbó of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia was purchased by José María de Caralt Borrell. Fantastic value sparkler. This is my go to sparkler for everyday occasions. Yeasty with some cream and mild crisp apple. I usually let this one sit for a few minutes to blow off some of the CO2 as the bubbles are a little too robust for my taste. Read More

Not very intense but a very deep red color with some purple hints. Strange candied fruit nose with some hints of raw meat and a definate mineral streak running through it.
