Ciacci Piccolomini
Ciacci Piccolomini d’Aragona is a wine that is produced in the Medieval town of Montalcino in Tuscany, Italy. The estate with its magnificent palazzo was originally built in the 16th century. The wine officially got its name In the mid-1900s, when Alberto Piccolomini d’Aragona wed Elda Ciacci, countess of the property who oversaw its winemaking operations. Giuseppe Bianchini inherited the estate in 1985, where he upheld traditions while updating techniques and operations. His children Paolo and Lucia now oversee production. These highly regarded wines are produced with organic and sustainable cultivation, preserving the truest expressions of the grapes.

My friend has been learning more about wine recently, and was really ecstatic about this bottle. I told her that she has expensive taste and she's going to have to spend abo... Read More
