Choya Ume Blanc
Choya is a producer of fruit liqueurs, grape wines and sakes that was established in 1962, based out of Habakino City, Japan. Their signature product is a Umeshu liqueur made from ume fruit, which is sort of a cross between a plum and peach. This acidic and aromatic stone fruit is said to have healing properties, used in traditional medicines of China and Japan.– Description from Amanda Schuster
