Chatea St. Jean’s life started in 1920, when it was built as a summer home for Ernest and Maude Goff. It is located in Sugarloaf Ridge in the Sonoma Valley near the legendary Kenwood, California. Enjoyed this last night 12/8/13 with some good friends. I think the company made the wine better than it actually is. Dark Berry taste with a smooth, very few tanins. Almost a moist texture, Really high alcohol which didnt really attract me to it. However, good value and good sipping on a cold evening. Read More
