Nose had dark fruit including blackberry, a touch of black pepper, and a slightly dusty character as well. The tannins were definitely there but not too huge. Medium body. A very nice Côtes-du-Rhône made from Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault that was definitely ready to drink. Medium bodied and with mild tannins and a earthy finish. Hints of raspberries and spice hit you quickly but then dissipate. Very good choice for the price, especially if you want to get a feel for Côtes-du-Rhône. Read More
