What do you like in a wine?I like a wine which includes; deep dark fruit, plum, blackberry, dark cherries. I like nice round tannins. I like oak or cedar, but more caramel then smoke, maybe vanilla, but subtle. Spices working behind the fruit add to the mix. I do not care for unripe fruits or too much red fruits, like raspberry.
