Château Minuty is a wine estate in Saint-Tropez in the Provence district of France. The château was established in 1936 by Gabriel Farnet. In 1955, the rosé, for which the estate is known, propelled it to be included in the 23 Cru Classé des Côtes de Provence. Farnet’s son, Etienne Matton, became president of the winery around that time, and sought to restrict grape yields and place emphasis on quality control. His sons Jean-Etienne and François-Matton now oversee the winery.

Though not certified organic, the wine is produced without the use of additional chemicals, pesticides and fertilizers. The estate is best known for its high quality rosés, but they also produce dry red and white wines.
