Domaines Bouteiller lies in the commune de Cussac-Fort Médoc, in the heart of the Haut-Médoc, and consists of three internationally known estates, Château Lanessan, Château Lachesnaye and Château de Sainte Gemme. Domaines Bouteiller extends over 380 hectares, 70 of which are planted with vines, which belong to the ‘Groupement Foncier Agricole des Domaines Bouteiller’ and are run by the ‘Société Civile d’Exploitation Agricole Delbos-Bouteiller’. All the shareholders in these entities are members of the Bouteiller family. Hubert Bouteiller has been in charge of Domaines Bouteiller for over 30 years, with one constant objective: “To produce the best wine that nature allows every year, using an every-increasing knowledge of the Châteaux Lanessan, Lachesnaye and Sainte Gemme ‘terroirs’. – Description from dvoristanac
