Château Lamothe has belonged to the family since 1956. Château Sauvage was added in 1978 and Château Manos in 1991. Anne and Fabrice Néel took over the estate in 1972. They have been assisted since 1997 by their daughter, Maria, and her husband, Damien. They began with 6 hectares in 1972 their 3 estates now total 85 hectares. The vineyards consist of 59 ha of red wine varieties (60% merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc) and 26 ha of white wine varieties (40% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Semillon and 20% Muscadelle). – Description from JelaDragoljevic
