    Crisp and mineraly, this is exactly the kind of white wine I want to drink all summer. I like it chilled with a couple pieces of mild cheese or alongside shrimp or even with a hot lobster roll. It has a nice lemony taste going on but it isn't sharply acidic like a New Zealand sauv blanc. I really love it when I can get it. Read More
