Nice, Grenache-heavy nose. Rose petal, black tea, garrigue and sage. Roasty note. On the palate, roses, tea and minerals. Pretty red berry fruit remains and Grenache dominates the palate. Good acid and relaxed tannin. Wonderful with this age on it.92 pts.3/9/13 Read More

I had this wine on Saturday night. Has been quite some time since I enjoyed a Gigondas. I thought this wine was excellent. Earthy with good acid and fruit. Just the way I like my reds. I can't seem to track this vintage down. Would appreciate if anyone can recommend producers with similar styles or other vintages which may be similar. Read More
