Excellent daily drinker. Terroir oozes out on both nose and palate. Earthy, musky, and great minerality. Medium in body, nicely balanced. Will pair well with a variety of foods.

Ripe strawberry nose. Lots of tobacco flavors mixed in with raisiny fruit on the palate. Slightly bitter finish that lingers.

Chateau de Valcombe Costieres-de-Nimes Tradition 2005
Snoothrank:
70% Syrah, 30% Grenache Berry anise and spice nose. More tannins and spice on the palate. A wine to be enjoyed with good. A bit firm and closed with plenty of tannins on the finish.
