This estate has a long history with records going back to 1396 and it is still in the same family today,a family who trace their origins back to the Stutt family who came from Scotland during the Hundred Years War..It is owned by Count and Countess Alain d'Estutt d'Assay who reurrected the vineyards in 1952 and employed the late Denis Dubourdieu as a consultant although the wine business is now run by daughter Juliette and son Henri. There are 33 hectares in total both around the Chateau and scattered across the appellation and several cuvees of Pouilly-Fume are produced..– Description from duncan 906
