Château de Respide
Chateau de Respide is located about 30 miles south of the City of Bordeaux in the village of Roaillon. There is a long history of winemaking going back well into the 19th century and the artist Toulouse-Lautrec was a regular visitor. Although the house has been sold off the 55 hectares of vineyards are now run by a family company called 'Vignobles Pierre Bonnet 'They make a range of red and white wines under the Graves appellation. 'This includes a number of second labels such as Chateau Les Lauriers de Boyrein,Chateau de Respide de Carrade, and Chateau Pavillon Boyrein.Chateau Respide-Medeville however,is an entirely separate property with nothing to do with Chateau de Respide– Description from duncan 906
