I have sampled 2006 - 2009 vintages and note great consistency year to year. Dry, crisp, elegant white table wine. Green apple and minerals from the Semillion, citrus from the Sauvignon Blanc, with a nice roundness contributed from the 20% Muscadelle in the blend. Not sweet, but solidly structured.
