Of its 550 hectares of vines in Coasts of Provence, the Fabre fields are dispersed in the area of Hyères and Pierrefeu-of-Var. The Castle of Aumérade, heart of the Fabre fields, is well worth a visit to see its garden, cellar and museum of the santon. The other castles and fields are private and cannot be visited. The Fabre fields are divided into three categories: * Calcareous soil argilo spiced and mineral of Pierrefeu: - Castle of Aumérade Believed Classified in Pierrefeu (300 hectares) - Castle of Déidière with Pierrefeu (80 hectares) - Field of Jas de Cape with Pierrefeu (50 hectares) * calcareous Soil argilo spiced with tendency edge of Sea: - Castle of Clapière Believed Classified in Hyères (50 hectares) - Castle the Forest with Hyères (18 hectares) - Field of the Fenouillet Mount in Hyères (4 hectares) – Description from mriskic
