Château de La Gardine on Snooth

Opens up beautifully. Give it time.

Golden colour, with an aroma one would expect from a dessert wine, full-bodied with smooth tannin and a striking lemon flavour (none of the sweetness from the aroma), beautifully balanced, complex wine.

After 2 hours of air, still tight. Earthy, good structure with long finish. Needs more bottle aging, but drinkable as is.
