  Man, was this gorgeous! Didn't require much breathing time before flavors began to pop, and they lasted throughout the meal. Perfect example of not spending too much on a decent Burgundy and exercising a little patience before opening. Fruit flavors still very much alive, balanced by earth and minerality. Read More
