Since 1941 our only aim has been to produce great Rhône Valley wines whilst respecting our terroir and our identity.
The rounded pebbles of the Rhône, the Southern sun, the Mistral, the emblematic grapes from the Rhône Valley : Syrah, Grenache, Viognier – these are the fundamental elements that define the identity of Campuget.

2009 vintage : Very good rose. Bone dry, crisp, a nice structure from the Syrah. Raspberry, cherry and a bit of spice mid-palate, and mixed berries & cream on the lingering finish.

70% syrah, 30% grenache. Flavors were a bit more pronounced after one day (post-opening) in the fridge. Slightly citrusy, with hints of ripe hard cheese, mineral, watermelon, berry, and spice, all of which although light are subtle and balanced in the mouth. Has a slight sour pucker factor on the finish. Read More

I just opened this wine and let it sit overnite before drinking. It's definitely smooth and full of ripe dark fruits. Tannins are nice and calm as well.
