Found a chateau Dassault Saint-Emilion Grand Cru 1990 in our 'cellar', the etiquette almost unreadable because of a humid residence in a basement. 1990 was a great year in the Bordeaux area and it is amazing how fruity a 21-year old wine can taste! Chapeau!
