Château Blaignan is a Cru Bourgeois Bordeaux produced in northern section of the Médoc, France. Vines have been planted here since the 14th century, though it wasn’t until 1932 that it came well known under ownership of the Taffard family. The winery has since been modernized and in 2004, came under ownership of CA Grands Cru cooperative, who produce the wine under sustainable practices.– Description from Amanda Schuster
