Carl Reh was founded in 1920 by its namesake in the Mosel, Germany.  Reh became known for its quality Riesling, with winemaking duties passed down through generations. In 1997, the Reh family merged with Hermann Kindermann to become Reh Kindermann, Ltd. The Carl Reh line of wines is still produced in traditional styles. In addition to fine Rieslings in a range from dry to sweet, Reh also produces a sparkling Riesling, a red Dornfelder, and a sweet red blend.

  • Carl Reh Dornfelder Sweet Red 2009

    Snoothrank:

Very pleased with this wine. Initial smell was a bit sour but this may be the smoothest wine I have yet to taste. Low alcohol content at 8% and it really has a sweet taste to it. This may be one of my new favorites! Well done for a German wine! Read More

  • Hi Everyone,New here so be gentle. Ever since I've heard about "Mega-purple" I've tried to do as much research on the topic as possible. Most people on the retail side either don't know about it or claim ignorance. Once I picked up on what I perceived to be M/P I've had a hard time getting passed it. Michael and David's 7 Deadly Zins seems to be... Read More
