Cantine Dragani is a wine produced in Caldari di Ortona in Abruzzo, Italy that has been produced by the Dragani family since the early 19th century. In that time, Dragani was named the official wine supplier to the lords and bishops of Ortona. In the 20th century following World War II, Gabriele Dragani made it a priority to replant the vineyards that were destroyed in the war, update the winery with its own bottling facility and market the wines internationally. Dragani produces wines from Montepulciano, Trebbiano and other international grapes, available in white, red, rosé and the regional specialty, Cerasuolo.– Description from Amanda Schuster
