Enjoyed this with olive oil and cheese pasta with garlic roasted chicken, and assorted vegetables. Very smooth and light on the palate. First time tasting this varietal it initially reminds me of a light Pinot Grigio.Smooth mouth feel. Medium body. Short after taste. Overall very friendly and easy to drink. I like it for what it is.
