I opened this bottle last night. Let it breathe an hour. Poured through aerator. It was sub-par. Not much aroma other than alcohol. Taste was 90% tobacco 10% earth (aka dirt). It was better with dinner than alone (halibut). I recorked it and put it the fridge (56deg) overnight. Much better today. Smell of some berry and MUCH less tobacc... Read More
