Subtly sweet at the start, crisp with a refreshing, peachy finish. The second sip was even better, enhanced by the after taste of the first sip. Goes very nicely with food or on it's own.

Triomphe, Dornfelder, Rondo, Pinot Noir for Color! Light woodsy smell, with coffee and espresso notes. Green and woody with thin fruit and a really smokey, raw meat finish. Some chocolate on the finish as well.

Pinot Noir and Dornfelder. Light straw and cherry aromas. Good, rich, mouthfeel, with a sweet cherry taste (7% residual sugar). The sugar isnt as noticeable as you'd expect given the acidity, but it keeps the wine smooth....
